Is it possible to define an AND between query parameters instead of an OR?

Dear experts,

we want to define a report where we get displayed all accounts, who have the attribute ID A but do not have the attribute ID B of the same attribute group (marketing attributes).

It is easy to define that in selection by selecting IS for the attribute value combination for A and selecting IS NOT for the attribute value combination of B. But as we experiences, it is an OR connection between this parameters when we start the report.

You can also recognize this bheavior when you set up a filter for acoounts and add two marketing attributes. Then the system shows an OR between the lines but you cannot change it.

Do someone know if you can change that or has a different idea for our issue?
