Find bussiness event type, group

Hi,

I am using bapi BAPI_BUS_EVENT_INFO to read info about event(course). Now i would like to know which type and group this event belongs to, is it possible to do it by some bapi function? or should i use some function with some evaluation path?

And how can i find the group if i know the type?

What is the best way for looking for functions? if i try it i spend usually a lot of time for searching and i usually miss the right one
