JOINS ???

Dear All,

Please let me know all the concerns, Usage, Do and Don'ts, Pros and Corns, advantages, and disadvantages of JOINS in ABAP. I heard of Inner Joins & Outer Joines. What are they?? what are their differences??? How come these are used?, Rules for using Joins, How come these are advantageous, and <b>all about JOINS.......</b>. Is it that joins r any way concerned to VIEWS? If so; How??
