I need to create a cr/dr memo for a contarct.

Could someone please tell me the transaction type for cr/dr memo

Hi PC,

you can do that, provided you got to activate CRM billing,

and Taxing part also needs to activated. Then you should be able

to create billing documents like invoice, credit memo request, debit memo request, credit memo, debit memo.

I have query regarding CRM billing activation. Is there any specific process to activate CRM Billing engine othe than setting up Billing document type, item categories and billing units.
