BEx-Excel Format

Hi folks,

I am trying to hide some columns and I want to use "button" which could hide and unhide whenever I want to(I am using properties-->hide/unhide currently but I want more flexibility).I have seen this button being used by analyst but I need help to figure this how to do it.Any help is appreciated.
