SAP Screen Personas 3.0 SP4 - WEB UI not appearing properly

Dear Consultants,

We are setting up SAP Screen Personas 3.0 SP 4.

The problem is that the WEBUI is not coming properly. I have attached relevant screenshots.

I have also attached my system settings.

We have ensured all the health checks are coming correctly. We have the below config.

Can't see the URL in the screen shot so don't know if it is the webgui or the personas service you are running there.

You have to make sure that the webgui works correctly first.

Also, if the issue is that webgui works OK but you do not get the Personas "P" and the blue line at the top of the browser window, then double-check the Personas enablement notes 2135723 and 2223645. With NW 731, it happens that these are applied incorrectly and must be de-implemented and re-implemented for Personas to be active.

I checked, the sequence in which the notes were implemented were in correct sequence..

I have just checked.. also the WEBGUI is correct but Personas service is not showing the P and the blue line on top.

Now what 🙂

The issue was that I had not installed all the notes that were there in the note. I only installed what was 'required'. many of the others were also required for the program to work properly.

My bad.. i have re attached the screenshots with the relevant web address.

The web GUI is working perfectly. It is in fact the PERSONAS address that is giving this problem.

I think what you say in indeed correct. I think i need to check the sequence of these notes.. 'Double-check the Personas enablement notes 2135723 and 2223645'
