DTP Details missing in Data Store

We have just applied support package 11 to our Dev system. Now when we load via DTP to a Data Store the DTP details are not displayed on the Data Store Manage Requests screen, for example under DTP/InfoPackage description it shows 'no text found', same for source system, datasource etc

Has anyone else seen this? Could this be related to SP11?

It has to display as per the details below from SP-08 and you are on SP-11.

Might wait SAP to answer or raise OSS for the same
