Unable to login to MSA with Turkish Regional Settings

Hello;

I have installed CRM 5.0 SP05 MSA with Unicode DB on a client with

Turkish regional settings. Everything seems to be OK except the failure

during logging on to the client. I am able to login to MSA with English

(United States) regional settings. As I know from 4.0 SP11 for being

able to download data with Turkish characters correctly, a client must

be installed with Unicode DB on 1252 codepage with Turkish regional

settings. I am sending you the screenshots of the error as attachments.

May you please help me in solving the problem?
