upgrade from BW3.x to BI7.0

Hi Experts,

please give me some details about the tasks that have to be done by a BI consultant, while upgrading from BW3.x to BI7.0.

Should there any extra efforts be put on the custom objects, since the R/3 side also have changed from its previous versions...
