A consultant recently left this customer site after having developed a large and complex workflow that is currently working well in production.
But in SWU3 in dev, the "Unit Test" item is "red-x'd" rather than green-checked.

Is it normal for "Unit Test" to be "red-x'd" in SWU3?
If not, how to fix .... ?????

you can simply fix it by positioning the cursor on it in swu3 and then clicking the perform automatic customizing button (F9)

Thanks very much for the tip. I tried it and believe it or not, the program timed out. (This is because at this site, the load-balancers push work from P to Q to D and D occasionally slows-down for this reason.)
I will try it again in the late afternoon.

sorry - I meant to say that the other two "red-x'd" items are "Maintain Web Server"
and "Check entries from HR control tables" ...
