How can we cance leave request

hi,

Can anybody pl. tell me how can we cancel a leave i.e in IT 2001 we used to enter the absence days and it will deduct the respective days from IT2006, but here what i want is after entering the absence days in IT2001 how can i cancel the same request.

it's urgent.
