BAPI Wrappers and SYNC BOs

I have recently <b>migrated to SAP Netweaver Mobile Infrastructure from ABAP</b>.
Could anyone please guide me or provide some documentation on :
<b>1- Creating BAPI Wrapper Classes</b>
<b>2-Creating SYNC B.O.</b>
