Issue with Task in Process Route

Hi,

We have an issue with an Engineering Record that has a Task that has been executed then no one else can pick it up or forward onto anyone else .Normally a 'substitute' would of been setup to handle in this situation.... but the user had not set one up.

We need to either get a substitute setup behind the scenes or find some way to flag the task as not grabbed. e.g cancel the assignment, or find some other way to say it has been completed so that we can continue the process route for authorisations.

Is this possible?

    You can simply complete the task in admin

    Transaction SWIA

    activity area SCMG,type PLM_SCR
