Ack Status - Still waiting acknoweledgement

Hi experts,

I have this Ack Status (? Still waiting acknoweledgement) in my SXMB_MONI with an IDOC -> XI -> JDBC scenario.

How can I configure Ack in order to fix this or disable this configuration in case I don't want it?
