Absence subtype

Hi everybody,

I am new to HR.I have a question when i try to maintain absence infotype for an employee it asks for a subtype.When i choose one subtype it says no entry in table T554s for key 00 0122 00000000.I went and checked in that table these is an entry for the subtype.can anybody help please

Welcome to SDN.

Yo have to pass an end date on the PA30 creen to execute this Infotype.

Chose any of the option given in the Period Selection Box after choosing the subtype.

If choosing the period pass date for end.

Hi Harika,

Goto SM30 and check view T554S.

You will see that the error message is actually the key of an entry in T554S that it is looking for an is not able to place. The Personnel Subarea grouping (T001P-MOABW) for absence attendance types is maintained in view V_T001P against the employee(s) personnel area and personnel sub area . You have to maintain the valid absence types against the employees T001P-MOABW.

Have u checked if any entry exists for ur PSG?
