Absence subtype

Hi everybody,

I am new to HR.I have a question when i try to maintain absence infotype for an employee it asks for a subtype.When i choose one subtype it says no entry in table T554s for key 00 0122 00000000.I went and checked in that table these is an entry for the subtype.can anybody help please
