Alert configuration or Alert Inbox-----404 Not Found

Hi,

In RWB, When I click Alert configuration or Alert Inbox

the following message is displayed

-


404 Not Found

SAP J2EE Engine/6.40

The requested resource does not exist.

Details: Go to main page of this application!

-


Is this due to installation problem ?

How to fix this ?

Hi,

check the following entries in your Exchange Profile:

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.ashost --- Must be full qualified

com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport --- 80<SysNo> or see SMICM -> Goto -> Services: http-Port

Normaly you only need to refresh you RWB with the following link:

http://<System>:<Port>/rwb/rtc?op=init

if this doesn't work try to restart the complete ABAP Stack.

In SICF transaction /sap/bc/bsp/sap/public/bc

check inside the BC node whether you have activated the 'Alert Inbox' service with the service user id and password. Once you have activated you can do a test service from there and you are done...

or

check for patch that wud solve this issue...check notes OSS note:750287

Hi Prabhu,

I have checked

In SICF transaction /sap/bc/bsp/sap/public/bc

When I double click on bc , a window appears.

In that how to check inside the BC node whether you have activated the 'Alert Inbox' service with the service user id and password.

may u can check here: sap/bc/bsp/sap/sxms_alertrules and did u gothru the entire thread which i had posted previously? pls check with that aswell as oss notes also

After going there if it is highlighted then you can think as Active. If it is not highlighted then it is inactive. To make active just right click on it and select Activate Service. It will activate.
