On Cursor move events.... on Selection screen??

Hi Guys,

I was curious to find out if there is a way in ABAP where i can have the functionality very similar to the ones i see on most of the websites.

For example lets assume we have a selection screen. as the User moves the cursor the system must automatically give more information about that field. I am talking about active x control popup and not ABAP screen popup. Like we have tool tip or button tip similarly can we have information on a field based on the cursor movements by the user?
