MIGO Authorisation

Hello,

I would like some users to process MIGO, but only for "Goods Receipt" on "Outbound deliveries". Others should have all access.

Would you please advise how shall I proceed?

PFCG - make a copy of an existing role and modify it. Search for MM

Hi

1) Copy MIGO transaction and create another txn ZMIGO (ABAPer--not much coding)

2)

Maintain a Z-role in PFCG.

In the menu option, choose txn code ZMIGO.

Maintain the authorizations for the movement types, plants etc as required. (check with your Basis if you are not familiar with PFCG)

Assign this role to user

3) In OLMB->Settings for Enjoy Txns->Settings for MIGO->Settings for Txn reference...

Copy MIGO_GR and create ZMIGO . Change the settings in Transaction/event screen and Reference Document screens as required (e.g. you can maintain in such a way that in ZMIGO, user sees only Goods Receipt for Outbound Delivery as the option)

Is there a way, for one reference document type (e.g. transfer order), to allow only Goods Receipt for Outbound Delivery? Or to allow only ZMIGO to receive Transfer Orders and MIGO for NB orders?

The problem is that the same users are receiving Transfer and Standard orders. So they will have authorization for both ZMIGO and MIGO. They may use MIGO instead of ZMIGO to receive Transfer orders in reference to the PO nb instead of Outbound delivery.
