Hybris Billing- Integration between Hybris commerce and SAP CRM in offer to cash solution

Hi all,

I have worked on BRIM but now it is Hybris billing and I have few questions regarding Hybris commerce and BRIM integration in offer to cash integration scenario.

Where will the master data (business partner, business agreement & Product) be maintained in end to end integration for offer to cash? I understand the SAP CRM will have all the customer and product master data, which will then get replicate to SAP Hybris Omni Channel commerce using data hub asynchronously or by RFC call synchronously?

Is it Subscription Order management from Hybris commerce create provider order and how does it get replicate to SAP CRM?

Please help.

You rightly said that SAP CRM will have master data for customer and product master data ( If charging engine is also part of the architecture then mapping through cross catalog mapping with CC engine).

Products get replicated to Hybris Omni Channel commerce using data hub asynchronously or by RFC call synchronously. Product Bundles can be created at Hybris also.

Orders get created in Hybris commerce and replicate in CRM as Provider orders and get distributed for provisioning and for Provider contract creation.

This is a standard flow in case of Hybris billing/Subscription scenario
