Product cost Planning and Product Cost Controlling

Hi all ,

I have never worked on the above topics. Does any body have a document on Prod. cost planning as well as prod cost controlling which can give me some basic as well as extensive idea of these two topics. As also some working knowledge, basic t-codes etc.
