Enable to load data to PSA

Hi Expert,

I have created customized table(ZSALES_01) and data source(Z_SALES_T) in ECC. I have successfully activated and replicated to BW system and on the top of data source one info package has been created and executed, but its not extracting the data.

Its showing Yellow not truing to green even into red. only 11 records in the tables.

In monitoring tab i am getting below message :

Request still running

Diagnosis:

No errors could be found. The current process has probably not finished yet.

System Response :

The ALE inbox of the BW is identical to the ALE outbox of the source system and/or the maximum wait time for this request has not yet run out and/or the batch job in the source system has not yet ended.

Current status:

No Idocs arrived from the source system.

Please help me to fix this issue.

Check the idoc generated at BW end and then at ECC end.

do you have only issues with this specific datasource or with every datasource of this source system?

check sm58 for stuck LUW.

check bd87 for idocs with status 64

in case you find an entry in one of the above you can manually reproces.

Please check authorizations for BWREMOTE/ALEREMOTE.

Hi Ankit,

What happens if you test your custom DataSource (Z_SALES_T) in ECC using Transaction code RSA3? I'm thinking that probably you don't have the necessary authorizations to execute the Extractor from BW side.
