jspdynpage and dynpage

Hi,

I would like to ask about help about two questions.

- what is the difference between JSPDynPage and DynPage portal components?

- in what way and methods, i can add something to jsp file that is created when i created JSPDynPage component. I put code in(outside the netweaver studio), but it doesn't take effect, when i started the page in portal iView in the Portal?

If someone can help me with ideas or other?

Hi Diana

1) When you use the methods in a servlet,Abstract Portal Component or DynPage, you have to import the controls.

JSP DynPage Helps your project structure in MVC concept.

At server side it gets converted to servlet

2) You are saying that the changes don't reflect ..(i hope you rebuild your project after that..don't mind)

and deploy the par file again.....

otherwise i dont find any reason why the changes should not reflect...

about point 1) i think i understood.

about point 2) it is very strange why it doesn't work for me, it seems i do everything correct as u described me. i do same actions.

Maybe i do something else in not the right way.

I would be very gratefull, if you can describe me in most common steps what u do when create portal project with JSPDynPage component?

If u wish i can mark this question as answered and to write new question.
