System is accepting GR befor PO Date

Hi Guys,

System is accepting GR before PO Date i.e GR can be posted in any date before PO date.

Can any one explain the reason and how to prevent this ?

Hi Ashish ,

1. If you are getting any message ( W/I) change it to ERROR mode so you/user canot proceed further

Hi ,

Go to tcode - OMCQ .

And make the entry as Error .(i suppose -> 00-m7-163) Check this .

E- Error

W - Warning.

Check the latest GR date possible in delivery tab (below item level) .

May be it is left blank .
