inconsistency of inspection characteristics after order split

Dear All,

we observe a system inconsistency in the production order operation. When we split an order after a modify of the production cycle (in CA02 for example) the new splitted order takes correctly the production operation from the "parent" order but takes the inspection characteristics directly from the new production cycle. Obviously the new cycle has different inspection characteristics from the old one and this creat an inconsistency beetwen the "parent" and the "splitted" order.

Could you kindly give me a way to find a solution for this problem.

Hello Matteo,

maybe you could use the Exit QPL10001 to reread the original plan by setting the date for reading the plan in this exit. Here you need to look at the following QALS fields PLNTY, PLNNR, PPLVERW, PLNAL, ZAEHL and most important GUELTIGAB <- Which is the plan selection date, this would have to be set the same as the parent plan.
