Queue Prioritization in Application System

Hi All,

Is there a way to priorotize Queues in Apllication System(Receiver Integration engine) based on WebApplicationServer 6.20.

My Scenario is that I have two interfaces running at same time in the Application System,out of which one is high priority message.I can see that there is only one Queue XBTR and is there a way to process those messages as high priority one.

PS: I have done Queue Priortization in XI and it does not seem to ease the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for the links and info.

I am able to prioritize Queues in XI at the Integration Server.

Is there a way to do such prioritization at Receiver Integration Engine based on a particular Interface.

you cant prioritize interface at receiver IE.....

Hi Sudarshan,

i dont think that there is a way to priortize one msg over another msg for a queue in XI........you can priortize the queues in XI...........
