Is there a way to transfer Input/Output/Tables/Source-Definitions

The answer of Vasanth M was very fast (beyond any expectations) and solved the problem. Thanks a lot, Vasanth M!

I develop some ABAP-Code for different companies. In lot of cases I need to put some code from one SAP-system to another, then the systems are in no way connected.

Is there some way to transfer the code and all the parameters besides of Copy&Paste or Read&Type ?
