Account grp

I am trying to create a new customer master ...i have opted for account grp sold t party and entered a sales area but when i save ...it givess me a mess---ACCOUNT GRPSOLD TO PARTY USES INTERNAL NO ASSIGNMENT ; LEAVE BLANK

please help me with regrds to how to get rid of this mess
