FACTORY CALENDAR-Transport

Hi ,

I am facing one issue while transporting the factory calendar from development client to quality.

While transporting system is giving following messege-

"All public holidays, public holiday and factory calendars will be tranported. All public holidays ,public holiday and factory calendars will first be deleted in the target system"

Can anybody suggest the reason/impact of this messege. Will it be any problem if I ignore the messege and transport the new factory calendar???

I do not think it should have any problem.

However, be careful while trasporting to production system second time onwards (first time should be ok)

Hi ,

1 point of caution you should take is that if more than 1 persons are maintaining the calender then system will overwrite at the target system with the changes .

So what you should do is that only select 1 option while releasing your transport request in SE10 & check .
