table maintainance generater

Hi

I had created a table maintainance generater for a table.

But in the 1st screen the whenever i copy an existing record then in the next screen the save button is in inactive mode .

i have to maintain authorizations i.e the transaction should be used by only super users.

Can any of u give some inputs on this and help me.
