ESRI Error. Please switch to offline map

Dear Experts,

When i created a Geo map with Lumira2.0, there was a warning:

ESRI Error. Please switch to offline map.

I have check my internet connection and HTTP Ports and I think they are OK.

And my collgues could successfully created Geo map with the same netework environment.

So do you have other solutions?

Hi Sherry,

for my colleagues and me the "No proxy" setting works fine. We have the same message in Lumira Discovery.

Once you have the right proxy settings you'll need to restart your Lumira Desktop - it should then work.

I had this problem and for the fix with proxy settings and a restart of Lumira Desktop

First thing I'd do is compare your proxy setting with your colleagues. See if that leads you to a resolution please.
