CCMS - Missing APPLICATION ERRORS

Hi Experts,

When i go to the CCMS monitoring RZ21 transaction under the node integration server i'm only able to see the node System Errors and the other node Application Errors is missing. I've done the GRMG configuartion and i can also view the XI Repository, XI directory heartbeats .

what should i do inorder for the application errors node to appear so that i can see each of the namespaces.
