Problem with registeration of CCMS agents

Hi All,

We have installed just Solution manager on i5 and trying to get the monitoring operational.

I am following the documentation but have hit a problem. When I try to register the sapccm4x agent it locks the csmreg user and the admin user in solution manager regardless of the password I enter into the csmconf file.

I have tried many different things and nothing.

I want to monitor a 4.6c ebcdic system.

Any ideas?

I am using the 4.6D ebcdic version of the SAPCCM4X, should I use a different version?
