Hi ,
We have one personnel area in which employees does n't get any holidays. I have to create work schedule rules for this group without using holiday calendar.
Any ideas how to do this?

Welcome To SDN.
Without Holiday calender PT01 will not allow you to create work schedule.
So goto SCAL and create a holiday calender with no holidays and use it for your purpose.
Or use International holiday calender.
