Work schedule rule - without HC

Hi ,

We have one personnel area in which employees does n't get any holidays. I have to create work schedule rules for this group without using holiday calendar.

Any ideas how to do this?

Welcome To SDN.

Without Holiday calender PT01 will not allow you to create work schedule.

So goto SCAL and create a holiday calender with no holidays and use it for your purpose.

Or use International holiday calender.

Thanks Amit! before posting here i tried creating HC without holiday in SCAL, but it does n't allow you to create it needs atleast one holiday.

Any other ideas?

Hi Anu,

Why dont you create a fixed holiday date as 29th of February and dont "Garuantee" the holiday and assign this to the holiday calendar.

This way if at all, any problem would come up only every 4 years
