Bin Structure in WM

Hi ,

I have configured bin structure. when I transport this configurations , does the bins will get created in the destination client automatically or it need to be created manually in the destination clients.

Do I need to create the bins before transporting. But I have checked the destination client which does not allow to create the bins using transaction LS10 automatically. Please tell me in detail how to handle this config.
