Bin Structure in WM

Hi ,

I have configured bin structure. when I transport this configurations , does the bins will get created in the destination client automatically or it need to be created manually in the destination clients.

Do I need to create the bins before transporting. But I have checked the destination client which does not allow to create the bins using transaction LS10 automatically. Please tell me in detail how to handle this config.

Hello Sam,

Storage bin is master data and master data are not subject to transport.

When you transfer the bin structure from one client to another client you have to create against storage bin with transaction code LS05, It is the same transaction as LS10, here you need to give the Warehouse number, Storage type and Sequence number.
