Why notes are divided in New and in processing.

Need small clarification.
I don't have much of knowledge on Snotes,

The above note i had taken from snote path, My question is why some notes are under New and others are In processing path, Can any body explains.

I have 1 more question.Until now how many notes were implemented in my system, How could i know,

Can i consider ,there is one right symbol is there ,only these are the notes implemented in my system,But above it is showing user wise. I need total user implemented list. How could i get it.

And to answer your questions:

1) Under New you will find downloaded Notes. When you start implementing them, the status changes to In Processing. Even when you de-implement the Note it will stay in In Processing.

2) You can check all notes in the system by choosing Goto -> SAP Note Browser in the menu. Then you can see all downloaded notes together with implementation status.
