Afaria does not authenticate user ID with AD

Team,

We are facing issue while authenticating the user id and password with active directory.

What exactly happening is,

Lets assume i have user - xyz created in active directory, while enrollment from device i give input (xyz/password) ,afaria will authenticate with AD and then enrollment will be successful.

If User xyz is deleted from AD(for reason that xyz left the company).now if i try to open mobile secure on device it will popup for user ID and password (which is expected as user id is deleted).by default it will show old user id i.e xyz.

if i select ok , ideally afaria should not authenticate the user as it is not available in AD, however in our case it got authenticated and connection will be successful in afaria.

Please help us on the same, is there any setting we have to do in sever config?

HI Bhushan,

This is really a good question as point of security, I never tested this. I will try it on our test instance.

Can you provide your Afaria Environment details :

Afaria Version ?

SQL DB Version ?

Windows Server Version ?
