Uploaded attachments are not saved in backend - My Inbox FIORI App

I have configured My Inbox FIORI App (S/4 HANA 1511) to Approve Purchase Order. This application allows user to upload attachment from front-end before approve/reject actions. When I am going to upload attchments, these are shown in FIORI as "successfully uploaded" but I am unable to locate that attachment in ECC. Please suggest solution for this

Hi Ankit,

Since My Inbox is a generic app, these attachments do not go to the business object (PO in this case). This attachment goes into the workflow task. If you want it to go to the PO, then you need to extend the app.
