System not saving Manual adding Component in sales order Variant configuration SD01

Hello Sir

I have create one KMAT material, All characteristics and class are assigned to Material.

Configuration Profile has created having Application SD01, and all setting are well configured.

And now when we creating Sales order, system explodes the multilevel BOM very well, but when we insert a component manually and save the sales order .

and re-open it in VA02 , manually added component is not displayed, system not saving that component in sales order.

We have check BOM Application, Sales order explosion has assigned

Please address this issue.
