RSREGEN is not available in the System NSP

Hello @ all,

I like to compile all SAP Standard ABAPs. In older releases I could do this with the ABAP RSREGEN, but in the MINISAP (NSP) this ABAP is not included. Does anybody know, if I can do the compiling also in the NSP-System and how???
