Community SOA. Can we expect a new kind of SOA implementation?

Growing from SOA to enterprise SOA, can we now begin to talk about a new SOA implementation type? Can we talk about Community Services? Can we talk about an architecture supported by them?

Understanding that a Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) applied to an enterprise environment is an Enterprise SOA, and its fundamental components are Enterprise Services, in the same way Service Oriented Architecture applied to a Community environment could be called Community SOA, and its fundamental components Community Services.

In that way we can talk about different types of SOA implementations, depending of the target domain. In a practical sense, and considering SAP NetWeaver like the best recommended platform to implement an Enterprise SOA, existing a Community SOA definition, can we talk about Community SOA implementations using SAP NetWeaver?
