Purchase Order Print Problem

Hi to all

I have created a P.O. while Print Preview only logo of Company is displayed (but detailed address of the newly created plant for which all the data is maintained in confuguration, and same can be seen in P.O. Delivey options also)and other details like name, address.... etc are not displayed so for output is also not correct.

Please suggest on above.

Check the settings in SPRO – Material management – Purchasing – Message - Forms (Layout Sets) for Messages - Assign Form and Output Program for Purchase Order

Form assigned should be MEDRUCK.

Hi Manoj

Also check the following:

1) Have you defined any new print program & layout. May be the problem is in your developments. In the menu given by Manish, if the entries have any Z'programs/forms, then you have custom developed programs. Check with your ABAP team.

2) This may not be the case with you..but check anyway....Sometimes, the PO entries may be in next page. Click 'Page down' in print preview and check..
