All,

Can anyone please explain me the steps to be done for taking print from ME9F transaction .?

Any other transaction code will be used after doing the steps in ME9F?

Arif,

In the document its not explaing about printing .

I have done all settings in SPRO.

I have taken in condition record 'send with application own transaction ' .

Now if I am opening ME9F by selecting a Pur group , I am getting for eg 10 PO's .

For each one Message details exists and status is in 'yellow ' indicator.

Now whether I can select all PO's and click somewhere to get the print out's or whether I should go to SP01 for getting the actual print out .

Kindly explain .

Kindly consider this as urgent .

Hello Sandeep,

It explains step by step, it doesnot matter whether you sent it thorugh fax or you trigger to print.

Once you exeucte this list, select all and click on Output Message.

Hi Arif ,

I have seen the link you have provided.

This link does provide the steps for taking print out using ME9F.

But the thing is I think so , our dear fellow is struck up in configurations and all that .

So I request to him exactly speak out the issue .

Now it is upto Sandeep, he can get from ME9F or SP01, the documentation explains very clear about the ME9F.

Sandeep you must work on the system and give us the feedback if you are getting error. But FIRST you TRY it out on your system.

It's my personla request, when you get any suggestion, first you try it out on your system so you will have very good understanding in terms of the functionality as well as system behaviour. If you discuss verbally without trying then it is going to be a big discussion without any result.
