Greyed out Expert mode (the rest works)

Hi,

A customer of mine has installed PA 3.1.1 trial version from our official site.

All functionalities of Automated mode are accessible and working (I checked), but the Expert mode link is greyed out.

Their component license is with "unlimited" expiration date for everything, including PA.ExpertAnalytics.

Could you please recommend actions to fix this?
