define form names for correspondence print using smartform

Hi , Our print program name is ZRFKORD50. It is basically a print program for bill / invoice presentment / output.

Currently, we utilize configuration "Define Form Names for Print Correspondence" to assign a SAPscript Form to the Print Program.

We would like to create new Smartform and assign to the program.

Currently the Configuration only allows SAPScript.

Is there a way to assign Smartform to Print Program via that Standard SAP configuration?

in my company environment, our abaper prefer to use smartform instead of sapscript. they said it is much easier. if we modify print program to cater smartform, then we will not use the configuration. we might as well use customize table to list down the new smartform, and our program call it. I am curious, why does sap do not cater for smartform in the standard configuration?

Well your printprogram is already a modification from standard so you can ask your ABAP programmer to modify it further to accomodate SMARTFORMS. I expect it will require quite some effort.

Why do you want to rebuild it with a smartform?
