Process Chain Document

Hello Experts

I need to write a Process chain Document for my business requirement. as of I know we can simply put the Picture of the Process chain and explain each step/variant in the document...Can any one send me the Process chain document .I need to send this to the Offshore , so that they will start building it. So it should be in detail. I have already prepared one but I want to double check it before sending it..
