can we generate report in AA, which will show us PO, Asset and Amount of asset?

do we have any standard report tht can pull up avove information?

or we have to create and customized report?

I dont think there is a SAP report which can give you the details you need.

I think that link is not in standard reporting, try to use query instead, SQ01 transaction.
