Hi,

change ths IE6.0 instead IE7

Use common version of JSDK and Webstart i.e 1.4.2_13, also set the classpath and the JAVA_HOME in environmental variables. Unistall the extra JSDK versions.

Somanth ,

your problem is with your IE version . what you said is right but right now XI does not provide full compatable with IE7.0 version browser.

no need to worry of your JDK everthing seems to be fine.

Are you using IE7?, I heard that people facing problem with Internet Explorer 7, try lower version of Internet Explorer.

If problem is something else please give more detail so that we can help out.

Hi Somnath,

Just check the version of Java Web start and the JDK version you are using.

Both must be same and it should be jdk1.4.2_X (where X can be 9, 12 or 13)...

Here, there seems to be a verion incompatibility...

Also use IE version 6.0 or below to avoid incompatibilities...

Hope this helps..

Kiran..
