How do I create a workflow rule to change the status to open, when the source is equal to Chat?

How do I create a workflow rule to change the status to open, when the source is equal to Chat?

We implemented an integration with Snap Engage, as soon as I closed a chat, it is creating ticket in C4C with status "In Process", and I would like to change to "Open" , I already tried created a workflow rule with the following condition:

Business Object: Ticket

Rule Type: Field Update

Timing: On Every Save

If source equal to Chat

and Status equal to In Process

Actions: Field Update

Status value Open
