Avail Check...MM Sales View

In the MM Sales Gen Plant view we have availability check indicator as “Daily Requirements” and Individual Requirements.

Can some one guide me with a live example in the process industry as to when we use 01 and when we use 02 and what is the implication?

Gurus, please guide me.
