APO ABC XYZ Analysis

Can anyone tell me if I can implement ABC / XYZ Classification and Analysis if we are NOT on Netweaver Business Client? I turned on the Business Function in SPRO and can see the paths now on my SAP GUI, but when I try to navigate to the Demand Planning Worklist, it just opens up the internet and says "URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available". HTTP 403 Forbidden

I don't know another way to update the Demand Planning Worklist.
